Session Information and Registration
As technology continues to change the way we live, work, and learn, the definition of literacy is expanding to include a broader range of abilities and competencies. Join us to discover new ways that iPad can help you provide students with a wide range of options to not only develop reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills, but also to apply these skills in increasingly complex and creative ways.
Guided by an Apple expert in brain-based learning and literacy development, and a team of educators, we will explore through discussion and demonstration:
- Definition of Multi-model literacy
- Strategies that underscore understanding any content and comprehension at all grade levels
- Reading and understanding in context
- Strategies to prepare students for college/career readiness
You will receive a registration acknowledgment and WebEx login information, and a reminder prior to the event. Please contact Norma Jean Loftus, firstname.lastname@example.org, CAPSS Apple representative with any questions. We look forward to a productive session.
