Any person is authorized to view the information, images, texts, documents and all other content posted on the CAPSS website for informational purposes only. CAPSS may modify the terms and conditions of use at any time, without prior notice, and such modifications shall become effective upon posting on the CAPSS website.  CAPSS reserves the right to restrict access to its website or the contents contained therein. All users are responsible to review regularly the contents of this Notice to determine the terms and conditions contained herein.

Schools Professionals, Educators and CAPSS’ Members

Professional educators and CAPSS’ members may use the CAPSS website to register for conferences and access other resources offered. If you provide personal information to CAPSS, CAPSS will use the information to fulfill your particular request and for other related business purposes. CAPSS may also use your information to send you additional information about CAPSS’ events and resources. If you provide CAPSS with credit card or other financial information so that payment can be processed for a conference or other event, CAPSS will only use that information to process your payment for the particular event that you are attending. Credit card numbers are not stored.

Choice

CAPSS provides information to website visitors if requested from CAPSS.  If you are a professional educator or member, you may receive other materials from CAPSS.  If you do not wish to receive information, please inform CAPSS and you will be removed from the mailing list.

Content Submission

Certain areas of the CAPSS website provide for the exchange of information between the user and CAPSS. Any submission by the user becomes the property of CAPSS and the user, by submitting such content, represents that it holds title to and the right to use such content and grants CAPSS the right to use the content of those submissions in accordance with Association's privacy policy.
