The Connecticut Association of Boards of Education (CABE) and the Connecticut Association of Public School Superintendents (CAPSS) are pleased to offer you a unique marketing opportunity.
On Friday, November 16, 2018, at the Annual CABE/CAPSS Convention, which will be held at the Mystic Marriott Hotel & Spa in Groton, Connecticut, exhibitors will have access to an audience that represents public education decision makers in Connecticut.
This conference represents your best opportunity to bring your product or service to the attention of these influential people. As a CABE/CAPSS exhibitor, you will join in our efforts to inform our members about the newest and most innovative products and services available to the educational community.
As in past years, we will offer exhibitors two options for display booths. Standard booths are located inside of the exhibitor hall within the Mystic Ballroom. The cost of the standard booth is $1,300.00. Premiere booths are located in the hallway outside of the Mystic Ballroom Exhibitor Hall. The cost of the Premiere booth is $1,800.00. Booths tend to sell quickly and all booth sales will be on a first-come, first-service basis.
Enclosed with this letter are two (2) contracts, one Premiere Booth and one Standard Booth. Please be sure to fill out the correct contract. It is important that the correct contract be completed since changes will impact other vendors and their placements.
Please return the appropriate contract with a credit card authorization form or a check made payable to the Connecticut Association of Public School Superintendents (CAPSS). Final booth reservation will be honored when payment in full is received.
All booth reservations must be made no later than Friday, October 5, 2018. This deadline will be strictly enforced to ensure that your company name is included in the CABE/CAPSS Convention Program. No changes to the location of booths will be made after this date.
Exhibitor set-up will take place on Thursday, November 15, 2018, from 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM. Exhibitors are asked to check-in at the registration table before entering their booth. While checking in, you will receive your information packet, name badges, and venue map. For those vendors that are unable to set-up on Thursday, November 15, 2018, we will make accommodations for you to set-up on Friday, November 16, 2018, between the hours of 6:30 AM – 7:15 AM. All vendors must be completely set-up no later than 7:15 AM on Friday, November 16, 2018.
Immediately following the event, all exhibitor booths will be dismantled by the convention contractors. This is necessary so that hotel staff may prepare the room for other events.
