CAPSS has released the final report on the work that was done with our ESSER advisors and school districts using the ARP Plan, ESSER dollars, entitled Recovery, Innovation, and Transformation - How Connecticut Applied American Rescue Plan (ARP) Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (ESSER) Funds.
