The Superintendent Support Team provides superintendents with support and counsel when faced with one or both of the following:

• A superintendent’s job status is threatened.
• A superintendent is facing a particularly difficult challenge and needs the advice and counsel of others who have faced the same or a similar situation.

CAPSS’ Executive Director is the key contact for superintendents who would like to access this level of support.
