Continue the Transformation
Educators continually seek multiple ways to provide better learning opportunities to students.
Why is this important?
Life and work in the 21st century are constantly changing, requiring the capacity to adapt and learn new skills. In order to prepare students for post-secondary education, career, and citizenship, teaching and learning must be a dynamic process.29 Schools that are learning organizations, with a focus on an ongoing process of learning for students and educators, are best suited to maintain innovation and effectiveness.30
