SOUTHWEST VERMONT - Superintendent (Bennington, N. Bennington, Pownal, Shaftsbury, Woodford) - Superintendent - The Southwest Vermont Supervisory Union (SVSU) School Board is seeking a strong educational leader to serve as Superintendent of Schools. The SVSU is located in Bennington County, the gateway to Vermont with its unsurpassed natural beauty. The SVSU is comprised of 7 elementary schools, a new middle school opened in 2004, and a high school physically connected to an independent technical center.
