Institutes are multi-session programs around a common theme or topic with opportunities to implement practices between sessions.

Leadership to Maximize District Coherence — a Four-Day Institute

This four day institute will build the capacity of your team to lead a more coherent organization based on results. Sessions will combine interactive learning and investigation with the presentation of key strategies that integrate quality ideas with quality processes applied in concrete change situations. Participants will explore solutions: within school success; success across schools and regions; and how to relate to the state and federal levels. Teams will learn from the work by applying ideas in their districts and sharing district and school artifacts that reflect current coherence models for whole system improvement.  Teams will be expected to do work on coherence between sessions.
